فعالية البرمجة اللغوية العصبية في تجويد الأداء المؤسسي بالمدارس الثانوية العامة بمصر (دراسة تحليلية)

يهدف البحث الحالى إلى التعرف على الإطار النظرى الذى يحکم تجويد الأداء المؤسسى مثل مفهوم الأداء المؤسسى ومقوماته ، وخصائصه ، والتعرف على الإطار الذى يحکم البرمجة اللغوية العصبية من حيث مفهومها وأهميتها وفنياتها ، ودورها فى تجويد الأداء المؤسسى بالمدارس الثانوية العامة بمصر ، وقدم البحث مجموعة مقترحات تسهم فى تجويد الأداء المؤسسى ، واستخدم البحث المنهج الوصفى ، وقد وضح البحث أن تجويد الأداء جزء لا يتجزء من العملية التعليمية ، وأن البرمجة اللغوية العصبية تقدم فنيات کثيرة تعمل على تحسين الأداء المؤسسى وتحسين العملية التعليمية ککل بتطبيق فنياتها بالتدريب والدراسة للوصول إلى أفضل مستوى.
Abstract:
The objective of current research is to identify the theoretical framework that governs the improvement of institutional performance, such as the concept of institutional performance and its components, and its characteristics, and to identify the framework that governs NLP in terms of its concept, importance, and techniques, and its role in improving institutional performance in public secondary schools in Egypt. In improving institutional performance, the researchers used the descriptive approach, and the research showed that improving performance is an integral part of the educational process and that NLP offers many techniques that work to improve institutional performance and improve the educational process as a whole by applying its techniques through training and study to reach the best level.
